FAQ

How do I book a party?
It’s easy.  Just follow our three simple steps!
 
STEP 1
Simply choose your ideal party from our list of set packages.  If you’d rather tailor make your party, then check out ‘Tailor-made Parties’ service and choose from our extensive list of activities. 

STEP 2
Once you’ve decided on your perfect night/weekend, simply fill out our online enquiry form. 

(If you have a budget in mind, but not sure what you want to do, complete the online enquiry form and a MissBehave Representative will contact you to discuss some party ideas)

STEP 3
A member of our team will contact you to discuss your requirements and complete your booking.

What is ‘Tailor-made Parties’?
Our ‘Tailor-made Parties’ service provides you with the flexibility of tailor making your very own party.  If you haven’t seen anything you like amongst our set party packages, then styling your own is perfect for putting together that unique party that YOU want. 

You may want to add, remove or replace an activity within a set package or simply create your very own party from scratch.  You can do all this with our ‘Tailor-made Parties’ service.

How does ‘Tailor-made Parties’ work?
IIt’s easy simply view our activites then fill out the online enquiry form allowing you to build a party of your very own.  A member of our team will then contact you to discuss your requirements and confirm the details of your booking.

How far in advance should I book?
To avoid disappointment, we advise that you book at least 8 weeks prior to the party date, however we can still deal with any late bookings and we promise to try our best to accommodate you and your friends. 

When will we receive details of our booking?
As soon as we have received your deposit, we will send you an information pack, with full details of your party night/weekend, along with confirmation of your booking.  The pack will include a full itinerary of your night/weekend, accommodation details, maps, useful numbers and some helpful information to ensure that you and the girls have the time of your life!

What happens if there is a cancellation?
All cancellations must be made in writing, via email or post at least 60days prior to the date of the party taking place.   Any cancellations made less than 60 days but more than 35 days prior to the party, then half of the party price is payable.  If a cancellation is made less than 35 days prior to the party then the entire cost will be payable.

If an individual member of your party cancels and requires to be removed from the booking, for whatever reason, the above terms apply for the individual.  However, if the cancellation of this person results in the party dropping below the minimum group size required, unless this individual is replaced, the full amount for this individual will still be required. 

Can an additional person be added to a booking?
This depends upon the venues’ availability.  If an additional person is to be added to a booking please contact a member of our team and we will make every effort to accommodate them.  Please note, the earlier, the better.  If you wish to change a party member, this can easily be done, just contact a member of our team and we will make any necessary changes.

How much deposit is needed at the time of booking?
To secure your booking we require a deposit of 25% of the total party cost at the time of booking.  This will ensure that we can secure your bookings with the relevant venues.

Is the deposit refundable?
Unfortunately no, the deposit is non refundable and non transferable.

When would the final balance be due?
The final balance due must be paid no later than 35 days (5 weeks) prior to the party.  In the event of non payment, MissBehave will consider the party cancelled and will retain the deposit paid.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cheques, made payable to ‘MissBehave Parties’.  Please send any cheques to the address below:

Payment can also be made by credit or debit card over the phone. 

*Please note all credit cards carry a surcharge of 3% and debit cards a £2.00 transaction fee
