Group Leader: The individual’s name that appears on the booking form

1 The Agreement
By booking a party with MissBehave and on paying a deposit, you accept the terms and conditions on behalf of yourselves and anyone else in your group.   Any bookings made are at the responsibility of the individual making the booking and therefore bound by these terms and conditions. The Group Leader assumes all responsibility to settle the balance payable before the due date.  We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion. The group leader is required to complete a booking form either written or online.

This agreement between yourself and MissBehave will only come into existence once your booking has been formally acknowledged, in writing, by MissBehave, following a paid deposit.  You have then entered into a legally binding contract with us.

The terms and conditions, written confirmation and general information constitute the entire agreement between you and MissBehave.   All party members must be over the age of 18 years.  MissBehave will assume that each party member adheres to this term.   Unless you contact MissBehave in writing within 48 hours of receiving your written booking confirmation, you will be deemed to have agreed to these contract terms.  

2 Insurance
MissBehave is fully insured in respect of public liability and professional indemnity risk in the event of negligent bodily injury, property damage or financial loss. 

It is advised, however that you take out adequate personal insurance for your own protection.  Standard insurance should cover the cost of assistance, including repatriation in the event of illness or accident.   We emphasise that some of the events you may book are somewhat more dangerous and by participating in these you assume the inherent risks involved.  MissBehave cannot be responsible to an injury or losses suffered by you and therefore advise that you be fully insured.   If and when booking your own insurance, please confirm with your Insurers that your insurance policy covers the activities you will be participating in.

3 Payment
If you are making your booking more than 35 days prior to the party, a deposit of 25% of the total party cost is payable at the time of booking.  Any deposit paid by you will be non-refundable and non-transferable.  The balance of the total sum due must be paid at least 35 days before the date of your party.  Failure to make payment, the deposit will be retained and MissBehave will consider the party cancelled.   If a party is booked less than 35 days before the party, then the full cost of the party is payable at the time of booking.  This will be non refundable.

4 Price
All prices shown on our website and brochures are correct at the time of going live and going to press.  Please be aware, however, that prices may increase or decrease as a result of suppliers costs increasing or decreasing.  You will be advised, in writing, by MissBehave, of any price changes that will affect your booking.  Any increase in prices that are payable must be paid in full prior to the party.  MissBehave will inform the party organiser of any relevant changes.  MissBehave reserves the right to change any of the party facilities or prices described on the website before the agreement between you and MissBehave is concluded.  All prices are inclusive of VAT.

5 Cancellations
If MissBehave changes or cancels a party that has been booked, unless you choose an alternative party, any monies paid by you will be returned in full.  In the event of an alternative party being booked at a different price to that cancelled, then an appropriate refund or further payment will be made as applicable.  If we are unable to provide any event or service due to any reason beyond our control, a replacement will be found.

In the event of you cancelling a booked party for whatever reason, then you may do so at any time in writing provided that the written notice is received at least 60 days before the event date then you will forfeit the deposit paid to us.  In the event of cancelling the whole of the booking less than 60 days and more than 35 days before the event date, then half of the party price is payable and in the event of a cancellation less than 35 days before the party the entire cost shall be payable.  MissBehave will not be held responsible for the cancellation of any event, due to force majeure.

If an individual member of your party cancels and requires to be removed from the booking, for whatever reason, the above terms apply for the individual.  However, if the cancellation of this person results in the party dropping below the minimum group size required, unless this individual is replaced, the full amount for this individual will still be required. 
7 Behaviour during the event/party
It is expected that all members of your party conduct reasonable behaviour at all times throughout the duration of your party.  If is it believed that any unreasonable behaviour has been conducted on your part towards suppliers, or staff members of the venues you attend, we reserve the right to discontinue the rest of your party.
It is important to adhere to your allocated timings for any event/activity you are attending as part of your party.  Any lateness on your part can cause disruption to the event suppliers.  
MissBehave will not be held responsible for damage to personal belongings throughout your MissBehave night/weekend.
8 Complaints
If you would like to raise any complaints regarding any aspect of your party, please communicate this to the MissBehave at the earlier opportunity and also contact the suppliers of the event concerned.  If your complaint is not communicated to either the suppliers or MissBehave at least 24 hours after the incident of complaint occurring, MissBehave will not be held responsible for the complaint. 

If you feel that the complaint has not been dealt with to your satisfaction prior to returning home, you must communicate your complaint to MissBehave, in writing, no more than 20 days after you return home.  If you do not comply with the complaints procedure, MissBehave will not be responsible for your complaint.

MissBehave will not be held responsible for any aspect of the party arrangement failing.  If such a failure is due to your acts or omissions of a third party not involved in any service which constitute the party for instance; your failure to behave reasonably or appropriate insurance cover.  MissBehave will hold every person in the party jointly and severally liable for any damage to property and for any legal cost incurred in defending or pursuing such a claim.

9 Terms and Conditions of Suppliers
Many of the services which make up your booking are provided by independent suppliers. Those suppliers provide these services in accordance with their own terms and conditions.  Some of these terms and conditions may limit or exclude the supplier's liability to you. Copies of the relevant parts of these terms and conditions are available on request from MissBehave or the supplier concerned.

10 Law & Jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by English Law and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court of England and Wales.

11 General
You must adhere to any on-site conditions of use and instructions given – a breach may result in cancellation of all or part of your party.  For any overnight stays, a valid credit card authority must be deposited to the hotel management to cover extra costs or breakage attributable to the group.  If you fail to provide authority of a credit card you may be refused entry to the accommodation.
